Our Concept
East Coast Wings & Grill is a casual dining full service and counter service restaurant with an emphasis of buffalo style wings. East Coast Wings & Grill was originally founded in 1995 and re- organized by East Coast Wings Corp., with 46 years of combined restaurant experience in 2001. East Coast Wings is a local favorite in all markets. Our famous wings are a customers wing dream come true, along with our overstuffed sandwiches, super salads, deli-style specialties and taste-tempting appetizers. Unique to East Coast Wings is our over forty two different flavors of wings- Teriyaki Ginger Garlic, Honey Barbeque, Mango, Jamaican Jerk, Kikn' Thai, Honey Mustard, Bourbon Street - many more and our infamous Buffalo Shrimp.

Young and old have a wide variety of menu choices that allows any type of patron to enjoy East Coast Wings. Our Philosophy
Since first founded in 1995, our regular patrons have told us our unique variety menu, friendly service, casual atmosphere and our wings are the reasons they keep coming back to East Coast Wings & Grill . We work extremely hard to ensure that our customers enjoy their dining experience. And, we believe that customer satisfaction starts with our food. That’s why we use only the freshest ingredients in all our food preparations.

Our deli-style meats are prepared with the finest cuts, and our infamous burgers are made hand patted daily with USDA choice ground beef. We hand make our onion rings, zucchini strips, french fries and hot chips, and ensure other appetizers are of high quality vendors. Our gulf shrimp is hand-battered right in our store. Our chicken sandwiches are always a favorite, along with our huge gourmet salads.

Our Growth Plan

East Coast Wings & Grill currently owns and operates several restaurants in the Triad area of Winston-Salem, NC. The Franchisor has approved Franchisee’s who are operating through out key North Carolina markets. We have developed a sound, but aggressive plan for growing our concept and strategically filling in our target markets; soon to go Southeastern wide.

Demographics:
Population: Minimum 50,000 - 100,000 trade area; 5,000 - 25,000 within a five mile radius, depending on unit type.
Market: We would like at least three restaurants in an overall market with a minimum size of 250,000 - 450,000 in population.
Average Household Income: Median household income $45,000 or greater.
Market Dynamics: Traffic count (10,000+), high visibility, good retail and A-B class office development in area. Lots of single-family dwellings, movie screens and a freeway is a plus.

Alternatives include end caps, conversions, freestanding and in-line, all depending on area markets.
